The SSIA are dedicated in capturing and sharing the learning uncovered in all work undertaken and also to help promote learning from other resources.

    The SSIA have developed an extensive range of learning from current and past work programmes. The work covers key themes within social care including: older people's services, integration with health, safeguarding, citizen engagement and many more.

    Search amongst almost 300 case studies and examples of good practice ranging across all service areas from across Wales.

    The SSIA are pioneering a new approach in Wales with running events. 'Webinars' are essentially an on-line conference which allows the viewer to participate with the speaker through the computer.

    Learning and Improvement Networks (LINs) are designed to bring together professionals working in a given area of service and from different organisations.
